I keep watching the mls for my possibly future house. As the prices deflate it’s like a haze of insanity fades away.
I keep seeing places for prices that we would have been excited to be able to buy a couple years ago. But now we look at them and say “what a freaking dump!”. Once the whole dream of rapidly increasing values is crushed you start looking at some places, thinking “would I really want to live there?”.
Anyways on the mls there are still some gems like this
That’s right this guy is trying to get $265,000 for a 144sq foot place!
That’s right you can pay $1800 a square foot, for a place where you can literally step out of bed right into the shower!
It even says it’s a great investment because you can rent it for $500-$800 a month!!!
Wow awesome! That $500-$800 a month might cover the taxes and a little bit of your monthly interest!
